Mr. Reeder has owned managed and maintained a thriving medical practice with the added ability of having a sound exit strategy. Damian also possess a profound appreciation for the multifaceted challenges confronting healthcare providers in today’s medical environment.

John A. Petrone, Executive Director Business Development

Born, raised and still living in his hometown of New York City, John spent the first decade of his career at Northwell Health, the largest health system in NY State. John learned the business of healthcare from the best of the best at Northwell Health, and he witnessed all aspects of driving revenue and profits, from managed care contracting, to sales/business development, supply chain contracting and IPA/ACO network development.

After a long tenure at Northwell Health and some time at CareConnect, Northwell Health’s startup managed care organization, John took a role helping Affinity Health Plan optimize its provider network ahead of its sale to Molina Healthcare. From there, he became intrigued by the opportunities to help independent healthcare provider groups optimize their financials and started applying all of his experience and knowledge to such clientele.

Since then, John has performed his services for countless provider groups across the nation, from independent solo practices, to national chains and big city health systems. John’s goal is to make sure his clients end up satisfied, content and know they had a honest go of it.
